Foster Mobley
Founder
Foster Mobley understands the challenges leaders face. For nearly three decades, he has stood side by side with C-level business leaders. He has shared his tools for breakthrough leading from Fortune 100 C-level executives to owners of start-up organizations.
Today, Foster and his team have shared these concepts with over 20,000 executives in ten countries on five continents. His clients include Citicorp, DaVita, Disneyland, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Nokia Networks-Switzerland, and Deloitte and Touche among others.
Foster is also a published author and dynamic speaker. He is regularly sought-after by organizations to deliver keynote addresses on the various themes of leadership, culture, team development and organizational change. His new book on leadership will be available in 2008.
Foster received his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University where he will soon complete a doctorate in Organizational Change, as well. He has served as adjunct faculty for Pepperdine’s School of Business and Management, teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Matt Brubaker
Principal
With over 14 years of professional experience Matt has a strong background in executive development, organizational assessment, conflict resolution and large-scale organizational change. He uses his broad experience in leadership development to help leaders develop both the skills and the presence they need to guide their organizations to breakthrough performance. Matt holds an M.A. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts and will soon complete his Doctorate in Organizational Change from Pepperdine.
Previously, Matt served in strategic positions at Comcast Cable as the Director of Organizational Development, and as Principal of Terra Nova Partners. His work includes clients such as Alliance Imaging Corp., Bristol-Myers Squibb, DaVita, Microsoft, Vail Resorts Management Company, and Surgical Care Affiliates, as well as key leaders of strategic non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Academy of Management and the Organization Development Network.
Matt is the proud father of two lovely daughters, ages 4 and 7. Matt is also an avid athlete. When he’s not writing his dissertation, he is training for triathlons. Plus, his conversational fluency in Spanish facilitates his love of travel.
Cathy Gelb Mobley
Principal
With over 20 years of experience Cathy has helped thousands of executives including those at Microsoft, Nike, American Express, Visa, BP, DaVita, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She also spent several years as a manager and consultant for The Forum Corporation, a world leader in training and development.
Her responsibilities for FMG clients include facilitating management, workshops and meetings, conducting leadership and sales training, employee interviews, and coaching executives on improving communication and presentation skills. Cathy’s pragmatic approach often involves deep discovery and challenging questions. She recognizes that each client has a life beyond the office.
She graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in social psychology. She serves as a Chairman of the Board for The Kidney Trust and is a Board Treasurer of the Kids’ Global Outreach Foundation. She is also a trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance and a member of the National Charity League.
Also a partner to Foster Mobley outside the office, Cathy and Foster have three children.
Christine Antonelli
FMG Executive Coach and Consultant
Christine Antonelli specializes in leadership assessment and executive coaching for FMG. She also provides research services, interprets data from assessments and interviews, and produces reports and executive summaries. Her areas of expertise include identifying business trends and issues, competency modeling, assessment centers, 360-degree surveys, among others.
Some of Christine’s clients have included The Walt Disney Company, Alliance Imaging, Hallmark Cards, Nike, Deloitte, Dow Corning, ITT Industries, Siemens, and the US Coast Guard.
Christine brings balance to her own life through her relationships with her three sons and her husband. She loves to run and has completed several marathons. She makes time to connect with her community by volunteering for a community garden and with her children’s school.
John Kerrick
FMG Executive Coach and Consultant
With over 25 years experience in the business and life-coaching fields, John equips FMG’s clients to lead from their own genius. John specializes in designing and conducting programs in creative problem solving. He is masterful at helping FMG clients see the consequences of their choices.
John has served as a presenter at the Columbia Business School’s prestigious Columbia Senior Executive Program. He has facilitated leadership and team development workshops with executives at businesses such as Citibank and GE. He is also proud of his role of executive coach with the esteemed Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
John brings added passion to his personal life through serving as a co-chair of the Conservation Commission and as a member of the Town Energy Advisor Group. He is a father to four children and is an active member in his church. He also enjoys cycling, building Shaker furniture, traveling and singing.
Kate Harper
FMG Executive Coach and Consultant
Kate is skilled at crafting the development of high potential, emerging leaders, and team development for high-performance distributed teams.
Her strong background in business and behavioral science is a great strength for FMG and helped Kate found Peritus Software Services. There she created a unique learning methodology to improve productivity eventually growing the company from 5 to 500 people, with total sales over $46 million. Her clients have included leaders and teams at Pfizer, Shell Chemicals, Netsiel (Italy), Computer Sciences Corporation (Australia), Cleveland Regional Medical Center, and Leapfrog Innovations.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation, a graduate of the Masters Coaching Program through Coach For Life, and a Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator and a Spiritual Life Coach.
Kate has a husband and two daughters. She brings balance and passion to her own life through a number of hobbies including yoga, travel, cooking and Argentine Tango. She also volunteers for the Foundation for Inspired Learning.
Paul Garces
FMG Executive Coach and Consultant
Paul has 30 years of experience in designing and delivering cutting edge leadership development experiences. He serves as an instructional designer, educator and facilitator, and executive coach to CEOs for FMG. While he has many strengths, Paul truly excels in creativity and delivery skills in the classroom.
His accomplishments include several copyrighted simulations including the Hanford In-Basket and the Secrag RaceTrak simulations. He has led sales training and leadership seminars for clients such as Bank of America, Bank of Boston, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Oppenheimer and JPMorgan Chase. A native of Colombia, Paul is fluent in Spanish and has conducted organizational surveys and executive seminars for clients in Mexico, Venezuela and Costa Rica.
He was a McMullen Scholar at Cornel University’s School of Engineering and earned a degree in economics and history at the University of Virginia. He has lectured before the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, the International Management Development Institute (IMDI) and the Asian Productivity Organization.
In his free time, Paul enjoys time with his two daughters, reading historical non-fiction, woodworking, golf and playing the banjo.
