WISDOM LEADING™ WORKSHOPS

Walking towards wisdom is a continuous journey.

However, our Wisdom Leading™ Workshops only take 8 weeks. The Foster Mobley Group developed our workshop program for senior and middle-level leaders. The strategic schedule teaches participants our Head, Heart, Hands and Spirit approach to Wisdom Leading.

Highly skilled, high-achieving executives recognize their success, though most also feel there are some things holding them back. Holding them back, not just from greater success, but also from finding the strength and freedom of real breakthrough leading.

This 8-week program begins with a 2-day session and includes single day session at the fourth week and another single day session at the eighth week. The time between sessions give time to identify and work on the developmental issues identified during the sessions. Workshop participants also have ongoing, direct access to FMG advisors throughout the 8-week period.
