Many of us listen to the news or music when we're on the road, especially in the morning. The news may be informative or the music entertaining, but the most important feature is often the traffic report.
It's a great relief to find out about a wreck or construction in time to take an alternate route. The last thing any of us want to encounter once we've got momentum is an obstacle in our way.
However, our lives often include obstacles in our personal paths. These are often harder to recognize than a stalled car in the middle of the road, but they can do just as much damage to our productivity and, especially, to our spirit. They might be obstacles of fear, ego, perfectionism or a lack of self-awareness. If we don't notice these we might take the same route to work daily without realizing things could flow so much easier.
